EMPOWER FOR 21 is a project of personnel strenghtening in education. It responds to the challenges of society, which requires from the specialist in the 21st century both competence in his field, as well as serving and co-creating the wider society by leading and responding to fundamental challenges. These competencies are defined as the key competences of a specialist in the 21st century according to the World Health Organization and other health-educational organizations.
